Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to appear after your order has been processed.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

At Face Card by LDW, we do not currently offer product warranties, as all items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. However, your satisfaction is always our priority.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to issue a replacement or refund based on the situation.

What is your return and exchange policy?

At Face Card by LDW, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges due to the nature of our dropshipping model and hygiene standards for beauty/skincare products, we’re committed to making it right if something goes wrong.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with: YOUR ORDER NUMBER, A CLEAR PHOTO AND A BRIEIF DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE.

We will gladly send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the situation.

Change of Mind / Wrong Item Ordered

Because our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our suppliers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered by mistake or due to a change of mind. Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they are automatically processed by our supplier and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to keep prices affordable while maintaining quality. Shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your glow-up goodies every step of the way.

Please note: Due to high demand or international shipping logistics, some items may take up to 20 business days for delivery. We appreciate your patience—your skin is worth the wait!

Do you offer Express shipping?

At this time, we offer STANDARD FREE SHIPPING on all orders. While EXPRESS SHIPPING may be available for select items in the future, our goal is to keep things affordable and accessible. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to get updates as we expand our shipping options!

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Because we partner with global suppliers, delivery times can vary depending on your location and seasonal demand. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, but during high-volume periods, it may take up to 20 business days.

Will I be charged Custom or Import fees?

Most of our customers do NOT incur any additional fees. However, depending on your location, some countries may charge customs or import duties. These fees are not within our control and are the responsibility of the customer if they occur.
