Because we ship directly from our trusted suppliers, we currently do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund.
To request a refund or replacement:
*Contact us within 7 days of delivery

*Include your order number and CLEAR PHOTOS of the item and the issue.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your order after 30 business days (USA) or 45 business days (international), please reach out to us for assistance.

📦 Order Cancellation Policy
